Call Center Academy Final Exams

Today’s one of the busy, busy, busiest days of March I think. Article submission, blog posting, writers’ payment deposition, AND CCA exams.

We’ll be having the blank US map all filled out with the correct States, capitals and abbreviations; a written exam on Intensive Communication (I hate prepositions and conjunctions a lot!); and the Phonetic Foolishness reading exam, which will show if we’re able to polish our pronunciation.

So, yeah, wish me luck please!
