February Fever

February will make me happily busy I’m sure.

Why HAPPY?

Happy birthday to me and to my dude. We’re turning 25 and 26 respectively this month. His birthday is on Feb. 8. Mine’s on the 15th. My Aunt keeps on telling me I’m supposed to be born during the Valentine’s day but my Mom, since she’ll be having CS delivery, scheduled it on Feb. 15 since she doesn’t want us to be called Valentinos and Valentinas. Oh why “us”? I and my younger brother have the same birthday. Weird or what?

Why BUSY?

Bit by bit I’m making Apple Door HQ a sweet reality. I was able to get the AC unit installed and the drawerless office table bought already. Now I’m looking for an aquarium to make this SOHO show more the character of its owner - the Aquarian moi! Oh and I’m *wishing* to receive some modern paintings as birthday gifts, too. Hehe.

I’m also torn between an LCD monitor and a laptop to conjure a more minimalist style. I’d like the portability of a laptop for vacays but I don’t want to bring work to my room. What do you think?

Another reason why February will be one helluva busy month is I’m going back to school! Yay! Ok, I’m not so sure if I should be Yay-ing, really. I’ll be taking a short term course in Web Design. I’ve always hated my html-challengedness but I have a lot of web site design thoughts that I want to be realized.

Update: Checked out the offered short-term courses from various computer schools in Angeles City (AMA and MEGA). None of them offers short-term web design classes. Short-term for me is 6 months max.

Eager to get back to school not minding whatever it is I’ll be studying, I opted to take a 20-day call center training instead. Hehe. I’m starting on Monday!
