VAs set their own rates and liaise with the client how the work is to be done. The majority of these positions state the rate that will be paid and in one case advises the role could become full-time which could provide tax issues for whomever takes the role, particularly if they wish to be self-employed. Another position has been flagged and removed. I think what you've actually listed are more 'virtual worker' type roles which are more employee roles than virtual assistant roles.
