What’s RSS and How it Can Help You Find Homebased Jobs
RSS or really simple syndication in layman’s terms is an online process that makes it easy for people to get updated with their favorite websites.
People subscribe to RSS feeds of websites through clicking the RSS link which is now more commonly found in the form of a chicklet, an orange chicklet like the image on the left.
To start using RSS, you have to have an RSS reader such as Bloglines or Google Reader. I’m using Bloglines since it’s my RSS reader of choice. Signing up for a Bloglines account won’t take you more than a few minutes.

After signing up for a Bloglines account, you can start collecting the RSS feeds of those sites that you deem worthy of your reading time. This is where the help in finding home based jobs comes in.
You can get updated with the sites that often posts work-at-home job leads.
As an example, if you’d like to subscribe to my blog say you’d like to get updated with the home based job leads I post here every Monday, you can subscribe through clicking the “Entries RSS” which is located on the lower left most part of this blog’s header.
You can then start reading your feeds whenever you’re available and whenever new posts are up. Oh, and another feature that’s great with RSS readers is that you have the option to never have to visit those sites one by one if you’d like to read their new stories. Just subscribe to full RSS feeds.
And are you wondering whose blog I screenshot for that RSS chicklet image and that counter that got 4000+ subscribers? Stay tuned because I’ll be revealing the list of my favorite blogs that are teeming with ideas on how to make money online and how to be successful working at home.
